James Bond 007 Podcast: No Time To Die

Hear yee James Bond lovers: the official James Bond podcast No Time To Die is official.

With the highly anticipated release of the 25th Bond title No Time To Die this September, the podcast features exclusive interviews and unrivalled behind-the-scenes access to the making of the upcoming film

The six-part podcast series, which is hosted by film critic James King will include guests Daniel Craig, Lashana Lynch, Léa Seydoux, Rami Malek, Jeffrey Wright, Ana de Armas, Hans Zimmer, Cory Fukunaga, Billie Eilish, and more.

Each episode focuses on different aspects of the film and the Bond universe from the location, characters, set pieces, music, locations and so on.

The main man, Daniel Craig also digs into landing this iconic role which has been taken on by other A-list actors Pierce Brosnan, Sean Connery, Roger Moore to mention afew.

I get shot and then I get blown up. Feels like James Bond to me,” says Craig. He later adds: “We were constantly adjusting and re-adjusting the script.

Similarly, Rami Malek teases his mysterious villain character, known only as Safin, saying: “I looked at every villain in the history of film to prepare for this. We talked about what would be incredibly chilling and truly frightening and scary.

The podcast will even explore Billie Eilish’s journey making “No Time To Die”, the song for the film: “We wanted to give the Bond song something I’ve literally never done, like ever. And we did.”

After the critically acclaimed Skyfall many audiences found Spectre a slightly disappointing outing for Bond.  No Time To Die has the opportunity to send out Craig’s Bond with a bang. Quite literally.

With the official podcast releasing before the actual film, it’s unlikely there be any major spoilers, but it will hopefully give listeners a closer look at how No Time To Die came together and the road to releasing the most anticipated James Bond movie yet.
