A: You are liable to receive 100% refund within the first 24 hours of making a purchase. After 24 hours, you’ll receive 50% and after 48hours, you will not receive a refund.

A: In the unfortunate event that you don’t receive your files in the way you expected them, you will receive either a full/partial refund if we’re unable to deliver your files in sufficient time or in the case that your footage is lost by our team. A: Refunds usually take between 2-7 working days to appear in your account. If the payment still hasn’t appeared in the account you paid with, please contact your bank for more details. Alternatively, please email in**@bb****.uk and our team will support you.
